Beginning Wednesday, February 1 and running eight weeks through March 21, the Katz JCC will host an Israeli Folk Dance Class. The class will run from 7:45 – 9:45 p.m. and include a fun, low impact work out that involves movement, music and Jewish tradition. Participants will practice basic steps and traditional sequences with learning what they represent. The dances will be done in group circles, but the students will learn some partner and line dances as well. This class is open to members ($50) and non-members ($65). No dance experience is needed.
