Beth El Synagogue will be having a World Wide Wrap program on Sunday morning, Feb. 5, beginning at 9 a.m. This program is for men and women, boys and girls of bar and bat mitzvah age or anyone who wants to learn the mitzvah of how to properly put on tefillin.
