Ms. Levy, 30, is Vice President of Production at 20th Century Fox in Los Angeles. She graduated from Loyola Marymount and received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. She is the daughter of Saundra K. Levy and the late Bruce Levy of New Orleans. Her mother is the Executive Director of the Jewish Endowment Foundation of New Orleans.
Mr. Neustadter, 33, is a screenwriter in Los Angeles. His most recent work is "(500) Days of Summer," for which he won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Screenplay.
While working in her previous job at Miramax Films, Ms. Levy read the "(500) Days" script and asked to meet its writer. Their first meeting was completely professional. Six months later, they met again at a party and have been together ever since.
Mr. Neustadter is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the London School of Economics. He is the son of Anne Goldberg Neustadter and Michael Neustadter of Margate, New Jersey. His mother is a founding member and the Donations Chairwoman of the Shirley Mae Breast Cancer Fund. His father is a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors as well as Chairman of the Board of the Atlanticare Health Systems.
