Sep. 13 –– Mon. The MAPS – "Aloha Hawaiian Luncheon" in the Trump Taj Mahal Ballroom at 11:30 a.m. Tickets $40/members and $45/ nonmembers. Admission includes parking, lunch, Hawaiian music and dancing and a fashion show. For information, call Rose Silverman at 823-9093.

Sep. 18 –– Sat. Beth El – Professor Judith Vogel will speak on the subject, “Children of the Holocaust at Beth El at 5:45 pm during the metrology portion of the Yom Kippur service.

Sep. 19 –– Sun. Beth Judah Youth Group – A registration afternoon, at 1 p.m. on the Newport Avenue Beach, Ventnor. Games and snacks for children. This will be a family event as Beth Judah Youth Group is for children of all ages. Beth Judah Youth Groups are open to all Jewish children from 2nd to 12th grade.

Sep. 19 ––Sun. Beth Judah Temple in Wildwood – Pizza in the Hut in their Sukkah! They will be making pizzas and singing songs. This event is free for members and $5 for non-members. For more information please call the office at 522-7541. The office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Sep. 21 — Tue. ORT – General Meeting at 11:30, at the Congregation Beth Judah 700 Swarthmore Ave., Ventnor.

Sep. 21 — Tue. Cantors Assembly Film - "100 Voices: A Journey Home." Full-length documentary at the Regal Hamilton theaters in Mays Landing. Features 2009 mission to Poland and Israel; services conducted at Auschwitz as well as concerts in Warsaw, Krakow and across Israel. An all-day, all–inclusive trip to the National Landmark, Baltimore Harbor. A visit to the world–famous National Aquarium, including admission to several shows and performances. Golda Meir Hadassah – At its first luncheon meeting of the fall season, Golda Meir Hadassah will present Bethanie Gorny, who will discuss her first novel, "Fridays with Eva: Caring and Learning from My Mother-in-Law, a Holocaust Survivor," at Beth El Synagogue. YOO-HOO, Mrs. Goldberg – Film to be premiered in Atlantic County under auspices of Board of Jewish Education. Also featuring Pinky Kravitz speaking about the early days of Jewish influence in radio and TV. 7 p.m. program at the Katz JCC. Ticket donations are $15. Benefit for teen scholarship fund. Oct. 3 –– Sun. Open House– Tour the facilities -and meet the campers and staff- at an open house sponsored by Camp Galil, from 2 to 4 p.m. at 146 Red Hill Road, Ottsville, in Bucks County. Light refreshments will be served. Learn about $1,000 Incentive grants for eligible campers and our Taste of Galil program, 8/3 to 8/7 for current second graders.
