Guest Cantor for The Holidays At Young Israel
Rabbi Shloimie Kreindler returns to Young Israel of Margate for the High Holy Days to render the liturgical services. He studied in Rabbinical seminaries in New York and Israel. He received his ordination over 16 years ago and has served as a spiritual leader in Toronto, Canada for many years. He has over 15 years Cantorial experience and the Synagogue looks forward to a beautiful, melodious and lively prayer rendition. Rabbi Kreindler is the founder of a Free Job Assistance and Vocational Counseling Program for the Baltimore, MD community, where he resides with his wife Marcie, and their 5 children. Open House
Tour the facilities and meet the campers and staff at an open house sponsored by Camp Galil, from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 3, at 146 Red Hill Road, Ottsville, in Bucks County.

Trip to Baltimore Harbor
Brith Sholom Seashore Lodge, is sponsoring an allday, all- inclusive trip to the National Landmark Baltimore Harbor on Wednesday, September 22, 2010.
The day will start with a visit to Ft. McHenry, where the Star Spangled Banner was written. This will be followed by a complete buffet lunch at Philips Seafood. The highlight of the trip will be a visit to the world-famous National Aquarium, including free admission to several shows and performances.

Aloha Hawaiian Luncheon
The MAPS Foundation of South Jersey will present its "Aloha Hawaiian Luncheon" in the Trump Taj Mahal Ballroom on Sept. 13, at 11:30 a.m.
Tickets are $40 for members and $45 for nonmembers. Admission includes parking, lunch (salad, grilled chicken or Mahi-Mahi, dessert and beverage), Hawaiian music and dancing and a fashion show by White House-Black Market and Lou Marchiano's Men’s Shop that will be modeled by TV-40 newscasters.

Special Cemetery Service for Holocaust Survivors
The Sara and Sam Schoffer Holocaust Resource Center at the Richard Stockton College of NJ announces the Mitzvah Zecher Avot Cemetery Service for Holocaust survivors and their families on Sunday, Sept. 12, at 11 a.m.
This service, Mitzvah Zecher Avot – the good deed of remembering family – will be at the Rodef Shalom Cemetery, Holocaust Survivor Section. The cemetery is located on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township.

Beth Judah Early Learning Registration
Congregation Beth Judah's Early Learning Center and Religious School registration is now open, offering classes for two, three and four year olds, and Mommy and Me for ages one and up. There are fulland half-day options Monday through Friday with low teacher-child ratios.

Speech at Beth El
Professor Judith Vogel will speak at Beth El on Saturday, September 18th at 5:45 p.m. during the metrology portion of the Yom Kippur service. Dr. Vogel is a professor of mathematics at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. In addition, Professor Vogel teaches a course on the Holocaust at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Dr. Vogel, will speak on the subject, “Children of the Holocaust.
Emeth Shalom NYC Trip
Temple Emeth Shalom will sponsor a day trip to New York City on Wednesday, Oct. 13. The bus leaves the Temple at 8501 Ventnor Ave., Margate at 8 a.m., returning from New York at 5 p.m. Cost is $35. Call Bebe Markman, 822-5682, for reservations and information.
Beth Judah Youth Group Registration
Beth Judah Youth Group will be holding a registration afternoon on Sunday, Sept. 19, at 1 p.m. on the Newport Avenue Beach. There will be games for children and snacks. This will be a family event as Beth Judah Youth Group is for children of all ages. Beth Judah Youth Groups are open to all Jewish children from 2nd to 12th grade.

Sundays after 9 a.m. minyan Rabbi Aaron Krauss teaches works of Yehudi HaLevi(the Kuzari). Mondays Iris Harari teaches advanced Hebrew at 5 p.m. and beginning Hebrew at 6 p.m. Thursdays Cantor Ralph Goren teaches davening skills at 10 a.m. and the weekly Torah portion at 11 a.m.
Beth Judah Temple
Beth Judah Temple, Spencer and Pacific Avenues in Wildwood, is having Pizza in the Hut in their Sukkah! They will be making pizzas and singing songs.
