Hazzan Jeffrey S. Myers Welcomed by Congregation Beth Judah

Congregation Beth Judah welcomes its new cantor, Hazzan Jeffrey S. Myers, to its bima on this, the first Shabbat of July, 2010.
"He comes to us after 19 years of experience as hazzan and education director in Massapequa, Long Island,
N.Y. ," said a Beth Judah spokesperson.
Hazzan Myers is a native of New Jersey having been born in Newark and spending most of his life growing up in Roselle. He is a Rutgers Graduate and a graduate of the Cantorial School of the Jewish Theological Seminary. He holds a Masters Degree in Jewish Education from JTS.
"The temple welcomes Hazzan Myers, his wife, Janice, daughter, Rachel and son, Aaron. We invite all of you to join us on the Newport Avenue, Ventnor, beach Friday night, July 12 at 6 p.m., and at services at Beth Judah on Saturday, July 3, at 9 a.m., as we welcome Hazzan Jeffrey S. Myers as our new Hazzan."
