The 2nd Annual Marc L. Rosenberg Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at Blue Heron Pines, 550 Country Club Drive, Egg Harbor City. on Wednesday, June 16. The tournament is a major fundraiser for Congregation Beth Israel in Northfield, with the entire proceeds benefiting the synagogue.

The event begins at 12 noon when golfers may enjoy a catered box lunch. The tournament’s shotgun start is at 1 p.m. There will be wine and beer and a barbecue awards dinner following play. Golfers will compete for prizes awarded for closest to the pin, the longest drive, the straightest drive and the best team. There will be chances to win prizes on selected holes.

The entry fee is $200 per golfer and includes the lunch, greens fee and golf cart, refreshments on the course and the barbecue. Non-golfers may enjoy mahjong and bridge for the afternoon, plus dinner for just $50. Sponsorship opportunities range from $150 to $1,500 for a benefactor that includes play for a tournament foursome. Door prize donations are welcome.
