On Wednesday and Thursday, March 17 and 18, from 1:00 to 5 p.m. the Katz JCC will offer an AARP Driver ’s Safety Class, the nation’s first and largest classroom driver improvement course specially designed for motorists age 50 and older.

It is intended to help older drivers improve their skills while teaching them to avoid accidents and traffic violations.

Upon completing the twoday, 8-hour program, you will receive a course completion certificate which may then be presented to your insurance agent. Depending on your insurance company’s policies, you may be eligible for an automobile insurance premium reduction or discount.

The cost is $14 per person. Checks must be payable to AARP. Space is limited to the first 30 paid registrants. Call 822-1167 to register.
