It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s your favorite hero!! The Betty & Milton Katz JCC in Margate is holding a one-day “Hero Themed” Martin Luther King Day camp on Monday, Jan. 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Children in grades K-3 will have a fun day of arts and crafts, sports competition, free swim and “superpower” training. They may come dressed up as their favorite hero/heroine (and don’t forget to wear gym shoes and bring a swimsuit and towel). A pizza lunch is included.

The cost is $40M/$60NM or $25M/$40 for the half-day program (9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.). Morning and aftercare is available at the cost of $10 per child/per session. For more information, contact Youth and Teen Director Robyn King at rking@jcc atlantic.org or 822- 1167 ext. 112.
