Beth Judah, Ventnor, is holding it’s annual Chai Cook Off on Saturday evening, January 23, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. Our “Summer In January” happening will feature three local professional chefs, Antonino from JoJo’s, Northfield, Ed Daggers from Atlantic City Country Club, and Jason Hanin from Chelsea Prime. They will compete to see who can “build a better burger.” They will be preparing a three course dinner with a “secret ingredient” in each course. There will be three food judges. To add to the excitement of the evening, there will be a beer tasting, a wine tasting, music and our renowned Auction. There will be sports memorabilia, original sculpture from P’nina, Leroy Neiman signed and numbered lithographs, dinners and casino stays, and much, much more. Cost is $25 per person.
