Chanukah at Beth Israel Nursery School


CONGREGATION BETH ISRAEL’S CHILDREN CELEBRATED CHANUKAH WITH “LOTS OF LATKES.” Nursery school children dressed up like the Macabees, shared the story of Chanukah with Rabbi Weis and ate latkes and sufganiyot on Friday, December 11. Sunday school children participated in their version of the Macabee games on Sunday, December 13th. Parent volunteers joined in the morning by frying latkes for everyone.
