Elaine Geller Elaine Geller has been selected as a winner of the 10th annual Grinspoon- Steinhardt Award for excellence in Jewish education.

Mrs. Geller teaches at the Trocki Jewish Community Day School and also serves as principal of the Hebrew school at Temple Emeth Shalom.

She received the honor at the UJC General Assembly awards reception and ceremony held in Washington D.C., on Monday, Nov. 9.

The prestigious award is designed to recognize and support outstanding classroom Jewish educators on the local level. Those nominated for the award must demonstrate exceptional achievement and serve as a role model in Jewish education.
