Jewish Author Series Appearance Rescheduled
      Author David Kushner’s appearance as part of the JCC’s Jewish Author series has been rescheduled for Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. Kushner is a contributing editor of Wired, Rolling Stone and Maxim Magazine. Kushner has also written for publications including the New York Times, Spin, Details and the Village Voice.

Beth Israel Youth Bake for Tzedakah and Gimilut Chasadim
      Beth Israel’s Mitzvah Corp got busy in the kitchen. They baked hundreds of cookies which were packaged and sold as a fundraiser during Sisterhood's Fall Thrift Sale. They saved some of the cookies, which were included in decorated goody bags and delivered to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission.
