Beth Israel’s Nursery School had a visit from the Northfield Fire Department, giving children in both the school’s 3- and 4-year-old programs the opportunity to learn about fire trucks. The firemen helped the children climb into the trucks and see the world from a much higher perspective. All the youngsters received firehats and safety information for their families.
