Ellen (nee Corson) Grossman, of Villanova, Pa. died July 2, 2009. She was the wife of Arnold Jerome Grossman. Mother of Amy (Eric) Laboz and Richard M. (Terri) Grossman. Sister of Cece (Frank) Kessler and Helene (The Late Stephan) Kendall. Daughter of Marie and the late Benjamin Corson, grandmother of Andrew and Tracey Laboz and Rachael and Melissa Grossman.

Ellen's courtship and marriage to her husband lasted for over 50 years. She was a woman of grace and elegance, who's eye for color and admiration for style led her into a business associated with both. Ellen was a kind, compassionate person who's devotion to her mother and dedication to her children and grandchildren occupied a major part of her time. She was a wonderful listener and loyal friend. Her love of exercise and healthy living was an inspiration to friends and family alike. She will truly be missed by all who have had the good fortune to know her.

Services were held July 5, at Har Zion Temple in Penn Valley, Pa. Interment was in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Ellen J. Grossman Children's Simcha Fund, c/o Har Zion Temple.
