Annual Rabbi Hahn Memorial Lecture

2009-07-03 / Community

The Hahn family and the Friends of the Rabbi Sanford Hahn Memorial Lecture cordially invite the community to an evening with Rabbi Richard Steinbrink, a long-time friend of Rabbi Hahn to be held at Temple Beth Shalom, 45th and Brigantine Avenue on Friday, July 10, at 8 p.m.

Rabbi Steinbrink is prominent in the Philadelphia region as a teacher and hospital chaplain after a long career as a pulpit rabbi. Rabbi Steinbrink has taught the Reform movement's conversion class for over a decade.

Like Rabbi Hahn, he shares a dedication to the health of the Jewish community and the community at large. He is active in numerous charitable and advocacy activities and will help us celebrate and remember the issues that Rabbi Hahn held dear.

Refreshments will follow the Shabbat service and the talk. Please RSVP by July 7 by calling the office at 266-0403.
