CONTACT Cape-Atlantic will hold the 29th Annual Avalon 5 Miler on Saturday, July 11 at 8:00 a.m., with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m. This five-mile run and two-mile walk begin at the Avalon Community Hall, 10th and Avalon Avenue, Avalon, NJ. Preregistration is $15 and same day registration is $18. T-shirts to the first 125 registered.
