Ronald A. Stark, of Philadelphia, passed away after a year long stand off against cancer at the age of 75 on May 20, 2009. Proud and loving father of Michael and Arlene, Gordon and Maryann, Todd and the late Brad Stark. Beloved and devoted first born son of Dorothy F. Stark and the late Leonard L. Stark. Endearing big brother of Melvyn and Sandy Stark, Barney Stark and Margo and Bruce Pokras. He is also survived by adoring grandchildren Matthew, Lindsey, Ian and Raquel and great grandson Noah, and advocate and friend Jane Stark. He was a wonderful uncle to many special loving nieces and nephews.

A lifelong salesman, he was an avid sailor and sports enthusiast. He spent many happy hours with his sons sailing and attending every major sporting event including the World Series, The Super Bowl and the Kentucky Derby throughout the years. His greatest joy was derived from his grandchildren and the special memories they created together with their PopPop.

Services were held on Tuesday, May 26 at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Raphael-Sacks Inc., Suburban North in Southampton, Pa., with interment in Roosevelt Memorial Park.
