      Burkhardt, Lily(nee Josephson) of Margate, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008, surrounded by a loving family, at her residence. She was 92. Lily was a lifelong area resident born on August 1, 1916 in Atlantic City to Joseph and Bessie Josephson. She graduated from Atlantic City High School class of 1934. YUKIKO SUGIHARA, HERO DIPLOMAT'S WIFE, DIES
      JERUSALEM (JTA) - Yukiko Sugihara, who encouraged her diplomat husband to issue the visas that saved thousands of Jews, has died. Sugihara died Oct. 8 in Fujisawa, Japan. She was 94.
