Musical Friday Night Services at Beth Judah
      Friday nights at Congregation Beth Judah now include Beth Judah Alive! and Beth Judah Alive! Unplugged service. Beth Judah Alive! is a fully instrumental Friday night service, while Beth Judah Alive! Unplugged is a more relaxed and mellow service which includes acoustic instruments.

      Beth El Synagogue will have a Men's Club Bruch that features a program of the History of Jews in film on Sunday, November 9, at 10 a.m. The movie, presented by Gerry Spanier, is a major work and a must see for film fans who want to know about the influence and history of Jewish film from the earliest times to the present day.

Bus Trip to hear the Philadelphia Orchestra
      The Oceanview Chapter of ORT will be sponsoring a trip on Sunday, November 9th to the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia to hear the Philadephia Orchestra. The cost is $50 which includes bus transportation and a ticket for the event. Lunch is on your own. The bus will leave the Ventnor Plaza at 10:30 a.m.

Seashore Gardens holds special program on the art of Mid-Eastern Dancing
      A rather unique event took place on October 20th at Seashore Gardens Living Center. A special performance on the "Art of Mid-Eastern Dancing" was held on the Boardwalk area for residents, family members and the local community. Seashore Gardens Living Center Residents Creating Flowers to Decorate the Sukkah
      Seashore Gardens and the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey have been collaborating on a Lecture/ Activity Series, which takes place monthly at the Living Center. This informational series has taken place for the past four years and is funded through a grant from the Harry L. Katz Memorial Foundation.

Hagee giving $9.5 million more to Israel
      NEW YORK (JTA) - John Hagee Ministries has raised another $9.5 million for Israeli and Jewish causes, according to the organization. Pastor John Hagee, who founded Christians United For Israel, will announce donations of $9.5 million on Sunday at a "Night to Honor Israel" event at his Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas.
