Where does your campaign money go?
      In my position as Director of Resource Development for the Jewish Federation of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, my most frequently asked question is, "What does the Federation do?" It's a good and fair question as I am often trying to solicit funds for the Federation's many needs. Unfortunately, there is not a simple answer.
