Odyssey 2088, sponsored by the Board of Jewish Education, will be held at the Milton and Betty Katz Jewish Community Center in Margate on Sunday, Sept. 14.

The BJE says that the format for this year's program is "changing in response to wishes of our Jewish learning community." The program will begin with a Wine and Cheese Reception from 6:15 to 7 p.m. during registration for the evening's program. The public is invited to participate if they have pre-registered or as they are registering for the evening.

Classes will begin promptly at 7 p.m. with the educational program offering an evening of choosing a class from the four offered during each of the three sessions which will end at 10 p.m.

Included among area teachers are Professor Mac Avery and Professor Leo Lieberman of the Richard Stockton College. William Sutter, the executive director of Friends of Israel will join the esteemed faculty. Local clergy have made commitments to teach at the program as have a variety of local educators on varied subjects. For a complete list of the twelve class choices please see the ad in next week's JEWISH TIMES.

The class offerings will vary from light and pleasurable in Jewish cultural topics to intense in learning Jewish values and current challenges to our world.

Tickets purchased at the door are $18. The program, and adult education offering, one of the more popular sponsored by the Board of Jewish Education is now in it's 16th year and is chaired by Cantor Ed Kulp and Nadine Winkelstein.
