McCormick & Schmick's opens at Harrah's Resort
A respected name in seafood has cast
a line in Atlantic City. With more than
30 different varieties of fresh seafood
Dining Out featured on a menu that changes twice daily, McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant has opened at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City.
The 10,000 square foot restaurant will seat 375 and boasts a private dining room for 50. A full-service bar will feature fresh squeezed juices and cocktails that are hand shaken in the tradition of classic mixology.
"We're excited to be part of the renaissance that is transforming Atlantic City," says Doug Schmick, chairman, CEO and co-founder of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants. "We have a top notch team in place and are delighted to be in this gorgeous new resort."
On the menu guests will find a number of Jersey Shore classics, such as Grilled Bluefish from Cape May. A wide array of seafood is delivered fresh daily. Barnegat Bay Black Sea Bass, a prized local favorite, will also be featured.
In addition to a wide variety of seafood selections, McCormick & Schmick's menu offers aged, USDA corn fed beef. Try the 22-ounce Cowboy Ribeye or a Petite Filet Mignon. Desserts are sinful and satisfying. From the Upside Down Apple Pie served with warm Basset's Cinnamon Ice Cream to the Chocolate Ganache Layer Cake with Raspberry Sauce and Whipped Cream, desserts at McCormick & Schmick's are created to satisfy every sweet tooth.
Executive Chef Brandon Iacone is a South Jersey native who brings more than a decade of restaurant experience to McCormick & Schmick's, having worked for a number of the Delaware Valley's top restaurants including Moshulu and Paradigm in Philadelphia; Le Mas Perrier in Wayne, PA; La Parisienne in Ardmore, PA; and The Wild Orchid in Marlton, NJ. He also spent several years working for Roy's Hawaiian Fusion before joining McCormick & Schmick's.
