The assisted living residence at Seashore Gardens Living Center combines a residential atmosphere with supportive services to promote independence for residents. It's been designed to capture the essence of a hotel with a concierge, an elegant dining room and library.

Two apartment styles are offered - a bedroom and living room suite or a luxury studio apartment. A private dining room is available for family functions, birthdays, or holiday celebrations. The Living Center also includes an indoor boardwalk, café, wheelchair accessible 4-hole putting green, computer stations, beauty salon, senior fitness center, and gift shop.

The goal of assisted living at Seashore Gardens Living Center is to "assist with" the needs of a resident. Offering personal care services such as housekeeping, meals, maintenance, and planned social activities, gives seniors and their loved ones the comfort of knowing that assistance is available when needed. Residents in assisted living come and go as they wish, but often select this form of senior living because it is an environment to be with their peers, make friends, and be provided with wellness monitoring and supportive services.

A continuum of services is offered at Seashore Gardens Living Center which includes 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitation and Alzheimer's care. The range of available services gives families, physicians and residents the comfort of knowing that if additional care is needed, it is available under one roof within the "Living Center" and provided by the same staff.

The Simon & Sylvia Zisman Seashore Gardens Living Center is a nonprofit Home for the Aged, guided by Jewish tradition, law and charity, and open to people of all races, religions and creeds. Services at the Living Center include short and long term care for seniors as well as an Assisted Living Residence, a Health Care Center, a community senior fitness center, rehabilitation services and an Alzheimer's Residence.
