ARMC City Campus opens new Stanley M. Grossman Pediatric Center

Grossman Pediatric Center at its new location in ARMC City Campus in Atlantic City on June 17. The new center is part of a $128 million expansion of the hospital that includes renovation of 23,000 square feet of the facility. Features include:

Through the AtlantiCare/ duPont Children's Health Program, a Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children pediatrician is at the center 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These pediatricians treat admitted children and are available for consults with ARMC primary care pediatricians and for Trauma and Emergency consults.
The Stanley M. Grossman Pediatric Center was dedicated at ARMC Mainland Campus in Pomona in 2001 in recognition of Stanley M. Grossman, of Margate and rededicated to him at ARMC City Campus June 12. Grossman joined ARMC's Board in 1970. He provided Board leadership over many expansions of services and buildings, including the opening of ARMC Mainland Campus in Pomona in 1975, the $31 million expansion of ARMC Mainland campus in 2005, and the recent $128 million expansion of ARMC City Campus - the George F. Lynn Harmony Pavilion. Founding chairman of the AtlantiCare Board of Trustees, on which he currently serves, Grossman served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the hospital's Foundation, prior to AtlantiCare's creation. He is a member of the AtlantiCare Foundation Board of Trustees.
