Chabad is having a special women's program learning how to create jewelry using semi-precious stones, with local jewelry designer Whitney Ullman, at the Chabad House, 8223 Fulton Ave., Margate, Wednesday July 2, at 7 p.m. The cost $25, which includes lesson, materials, use of the tools and refreshments.
